MMO in League of Legends Runeterra

The organization’s VP of IP and Entertainment, Greg Street, casually affirmed for a “massive” new game project on Twitter and it will be a MMO set in League of Legends’ Runeterra universe. He tweeted that “My recent job at Riot has been to help develop the League universe, which we’re going to need! Because it is time,” he wrote. “My new job is to kick off a big (some might say massive) game that many of you, and many Rioters, have been asking us to create.” When asked about the game that whether it is an MMO or not, even then he confirmed that yes “It is an MMO”.
